The Green Butcher is the trading name of Proper Food Collective Ltd; a mini farmer cooperative of sorts. Two British dairy farms in partnership with a new butchery in Twickenham, South West London.
The purpose of the collective is to champion the virtues of cow-calf dairying, low impact pasture based organic farming and the principles of regenerative agriculture.
