Robert and Claire Symington have been farming Seldom Seen Farm in the beautiful Leicestershire countryside for over 40 years and they are renowned for producing delicious free-range geese, traditional Norfolk bronze turkeys and their celebrated three bird roast.
The importance of cooking with excellent quality ingredients comes naturally to Claire, as her background was as head cook at Leith’s Good Food in London.
